What this means for you
The exam has moved from the September date in the bulletin to 12 and 13 December, which gives you roughly two extra months - plan the syllabus against the new date, not the old one. Two things arrive late by design: your city and allotted date 15 days before the exam, and the admit card with the centre only two days before. So do not book travel until the city slip is up, and expect to learn your centre at the last moment. If you applied for both papers, note that the test runs on two days and your two papers may fall on different days or the same day; the admit card settles it. Keep checking ctet.nic.in itself - the city and admit-card links appear there first.
