The Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC), Bihar has issued a notice dated 17/10/2026 under Advt. No. 02/2025 (Driver Constable): during the second scrutiny of the documents of candidates who passed the Driving Efficiency Test (DET), certificates backing some claims made in their applications were found missing. The candidates listed at serial numbers 1 to 22, by roll number with the certificate each must produce, are to appear in person with the originals on 27.10.2026 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm at the CSBC office, Back Harding Road, Patna-800001 (near Sachivalaya Halt), bringing the DET admit card, an identity card and a gate pass. Original certificates must be in the Bihar Government's prescribed format and issued by the authorised authority, as required by the advertisement and later notices. The candidates have also been told by email; if the documents are not produced within the set time, the Board may decide on their candidature under the advertisement's conditions and the rules.

What this means for you
This notice applies only to the 22 Driver Constable candidates it lists. If you passed the Driving Efficiency Test under Advt. 02/2025, check the table in the official PDF for your roll number and the certificate shown against it. If you are listed, go to the CSBC office on Back Harding Road, Patna on 27 October between 10 am and 5 pm with that original certificate, your DET admit card, an identity card and a gate pass, and make sure the certificate is in the Bihar Government's prescribed format and issued by the authorised authority. If you do not produce it in time, the Board may decide on your candidature under the advertisement's rules. If you are not listed, this notice asks nothing of you.
