Railway Recruitment Board Jammu has published a provisional panel for CEN 05/2024 (NTPC Graduate), dated 19.10.2026, based on the CBT followed by document verification and medical examination. Part A lists roll numbers by post, with printed totals of 40 for Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor (NR), 02 for Station Master (NR), 28 for Goods Train Manager (NR), 01 for Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist (DMW), 03 for Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist (RCF), 12 for Senior Clerk cum Typist (NR), 07 for Senior Clerk cum Typist (DLM Patiyala) and 02 for Senior Clerk cum Typist (RCF); further action for appointment will be taken by Northern Railway, DMW or RCF, whose PCPO office will inform candidates. Part B delists 34 candidates who were absent in DV or medical examination, and Part C lists 3 found unfit in the medical examination, who may appeal to the PCMD, Northern Railway, through the Chairman, RRB Jammu, by Registered or Speed Post before 18.00 hours on 18/11/2026, with a specialist's certificate (Proforma A), the appeal letter (Proforma B) and a Rs. 1000 demand draft, refunded only if the finding changes from unfit to fit. The result is provisional and gives no right to appointment.

What this means for you
If your roll number is in Part A, the next step is not with RRB Jammu: Northern Railway, DMW or RCF, whichever your post is listed under, verifies the panel and contacts you through its PCPO office, so keep your original certificates ready and your phone and email reachable. If you are in Part C, the medical appeal has fixed requirements and one deadline, 18:00 on 18 November 2026: a specialist's certificate in Proforma A, the Proforma B letter in your own handwriting and a Rs 1,000 demand draft, sent only by Registered or Speed Post through the RRB Jammu chairman, and there is no further medical chance after it. For everyone still preparing, the 34 names in Part B are the lesson: missing document verification or the medical costs a place that the CBT had already earned.
