Railway Recruitment Board, Bilaspur has published Provisional Part Panel-1 dated 29.10.2026 under CEN 05/2024 (NTPC Graduate). After document verification held from 08.06.2026 to 22.06.2026 and on 19.08.2026 and the medical examination, 461 candidates are recommended to the Principal Chief Personnel Officers of South East Central Railway (SECR), Bilaspur and Central Railway (CR), Mumbai CSMT: Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor 78 (CR) and 12 (SECR), Station Master 40 (CR) and 23 (SECR), Goods Train Manager 48 (CR) and 222 (SECR), Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist 23 (SECR), and Senior Clerk cum Typist 4 (CR) and 11 (SECR). A further 187 candidates are shortlisted for a second round of document verification scheduled from 15.12.2026 to 17.12.2026 (block date 29.12.2026); the actual date will come by e-call letter. The notice also lists candidates not empanelled, among them 113 absent in the first round of DV, and gives revised cut-offs: for Categories 1, 3, 4 and 5 these are CBT 2 marks out of 100 (for example UR 82.0059 for Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor, SECR), and for Station Master they are 70% of CBT 2 plus 30% of CBAT. The board says this is a part panel and further panels will follow after the next round of document verification.

What this means for you
This concerns RRB Bilaspur's CEN 05/2024 (NTPC Graduate) candidates for South East Central Railway and Central Railway posts. If you attended document verification in June or on 19 August 2026, search the notice for your roll number: being in the part panel means your name has gone to the railway for appointment, but the panel is provisional and is not itself an appointment. If you are among the 187 called for the second round, it is scheduled from 15 to 17 December 2026 and your actual date will come by e-call letter, so keep your documents ready. Candidates found unfit in medical standard A-2 have a separate notice of the same date that lets them appeal for a re-medical by 28 November 2026.
