RRB ALP (CEN 01/2025): rescheduled CBAT on 12 November 2026 for four postponed centres and for some candidates hit by technical problems on 30 October; city intimation out

The Railway Recruitment Boards' notice dated 03.11.2026 for CEN No. 01/2025 (ALP) says the computer based aptitude test (CBAT) postponed due to exigency conditions at the test centres with TC codes 9417, 9208, 7954 and 30677 has been rescheduled and will be held on 12-11-2026 (third shift). These candidates must bring the vision certificate as per Annexure VI A of CEN 01/2025 (ALP); entry will not be permitted without it, and the eye specialist's seal must clearly indicate his or her ophthalmology-related education and/or position in that hospital as eye specialist. After examining the exam logs, the boards have also given specific candidates of specific centres who were adversely impacted by technical problems on 30-10-2026 an opportunity to take the exam again on 12-11-2026 (third shift); emails are being sent to them, and they need not bring the vision certificate. If they attend on 12-11-2026, their result will be based only on the marks of that CBAT; if they do not, it will be based on the CBAT they took on 30-10-2026, and no further representations will be entertained. RRB Ahmedabad's page lists the link to download the city intimation for the rescheduled CBAT under CEN 01/2025, dated 04-11-2026 (the notice said the exam city and date link, with the travel authority for SC/ST candidates, would be on all RRB websites by 04-11-26); e-call letters can be downloaded from 4 days before the exam date shown in the city intimation.

What this means for you

This matters if your CEN 01/2025 CBAT was at one of the four postponed centres (TC codes 9417, 9208, 7954 or 30677), or if the boards emailed you about a retest after technical problems on 30 October. Download your city intimation now and your e-call letter from 4 days before 12 November; candidates from the postponed centres must carry the vision certificate in the Annexure VI A format, or they will not be let in. If you take the retest, only your 12 November marks will count; if you skip it, your 30 October attempt stands. Confirm the details in the official notice.
