Railway Recruitment Board, Ajmer has issued two notices in Hindi dated 04-11-2026 under CEN No. 05/2024 (Non-Technical Popular Categories - Graduate). Panel Part-2: on the basis of CBT-1 (05.06.2025 to 24.06.2025), CBT-2 (13.10.2025), the computer based aptitude test (28.12.2025), the computer based typing skill test (28.12.2025 and 11.02.2026) and document verification and medical examination on 25.05.2026, 26.05.2026, 08.06.2026, 30.07.2026, 17.08.2026, 29.09.2026 and 15.10.2026, the candidates found suitable are provisionally selected and recommended to the General Manager, North Western Railway (NWR) and West Central Railway (WCR), for appointment: Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor (Cat. No. 01) 1 for NWR (OBC) and 1 for WCR (EWS); Station Master (Cat. No. 02) 1 for WCR (OBC); Goods Train Manager (Cat. No. 03) for NWR, UR 10, ST 1, OBC 4 and EWS 3; and Senior Clerk cum Typist (Cat. No. 05) for NWR, UR 2 and OBC 1, and for WCR, UR 2. The railway concerned will send appointment letters once the candidates complete the required formalities, are found otherwise eligible and vacancies are available. Third-round DV: 35 candidates are provisionally shortlisted for the third round of document verification and medical examination, on 26.11.2026 (Thursday) at 09:00 AM at the RRB Ajmer office, 2010, Nehru Marg, near Ambedkar Circle, Ajmer-305028. They will be informed on their registered mobile and email, and the e-call letter will be on RRB Ajmer's official website. The medical examination follows the next day, 27.11.2026, at railway hospitals, with a fee of Rs 24, so candidates should come prepared for 3-4 days. The block date for absentees is 10.12.2026; they must show valid proof of the reason for absence, such as an exam schedule or illness, and no separate e-call letter will be issued for it. Bring all original documents with two sets of A4 photocopies, and upload a recent colour passport-size photograph, signature and all documents on the DV portal https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv. Neither notice gives cut-off marks.

What this means for you
If your roll number is on RRB Ajmer's third-round DV list, upload your photo, signature and documents on oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv beforehand and report at the RRB Ajmer office at 9 AM on 26 November 2026 with all original documents and two sets of A4 photocopies. Plan to stay 3-4 days, as the medical examination is the next day and costs Rs 24; if you cannot come, the block date is 10 December, and you will need proof of the reason. If you are on panel part-2, keep your original certificates ready for North Western or West Central Railway, which will send the appointment letter after the formalities.
