Pay: the scales printed in the notice

The notice prints a pay scale against each post, grouped above. Most are quoted in the older pay-band form (a pay band plus grade pay); the Assistant Commissioner, Cooperative post and the Cooperative Inspector post show a single revised range.

The notice gives scales only, not allowances or take-home pay, so no in-hand figures are quoted here. Check the notice for current details.

Post-wise vacancies, pay scales and eligibility are published fresh in every notice and can be corrected by later corrigenda. The official notification is the authority; confirm current details against MPPSC’s State Service Exam 2026 advertisement (PDF).

What the State Service Examination recruits for

The exam fills the Madhya Pradesh government posts listed above through a Preliminary examination, a Main examination and an interview. The vacancy table for each post, with its reservation split, is in the notice.
