FASTag Annual Pass Reaches One Crore Milestone

The FASTag Annual Pass, launched on 15th August 2025 by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, has crossed one crore passes issued. The pass is applicable at about 1,150 fee plazas on National Highways and National Expressways, and lets private (non-commercial) vehicle owners avoid frequent FASTag recharges through a one-time payment of Rs 3,075, valid for either one year or 200 toll-plaza crossings, whichever comes first. The Annual Pass activates on the vehicle's existing FASTag after payment through the Rajmargyatra App, and the milestone reflects growing adoption of the scheme among National Highway users.
