IBPS Clerk (Customer Service Associate) runs across two stages — no interview, unlike IBPS PO. Here’s the stable shape of it, with a link to the official IBPS page for this cycle’s exact marks and timing.

The stages

Preliminary exam
A screening-stage computer-based test across Reasoning, Numerical Ability and English — clearing it is what gets you to the Main exam.
Main exam
A more in-depth computer-based test covering Reasoning, Numerical Ability, English, General/Financial Awareness, and Computer Knowledge. Selection is based on the Main exam score directly — there’s no interview stage for Clerk.

What’s tested

Reasoning
Puzzles, seating arrangement, syllogism, coding-decoding, and inequalities.
Numerical Ability
Number series, simplification, data interpretation, and arithmetic word problems.
English Language
Reading comprehension, cloze test, error spotting, sentence rearrangement, and vocabulary.
General / Financial Awareness & Computer Knowledge
Banking terms, financial current affairs, general static GK, and basic computer-knowledge questions at the Mains stage.
